At Catlink EU, we want you and your feline friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and power adapters are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our European distribution hub and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
